Bertay Fişekçi worked at Siemens, Philips and General Electric, three of the largest companies in the Medical Device Industry, for 23 years, and had the opportunity to work with people from many different nationalities throughout his career. He lived in Germany for 5 years. He designed a device with the Korean and Austrian teams, expanded the market in the sector with the Azeri team, and played a role in bringing the first PET device to Turkey. Observing all the managers and all the teams during this whole time, Fişekçi witnessed the transformation of the companies he worked with. Seeing the problems on the spot, he dreamed of better teamwork, a company culture where people are valued more, and companies that employees will run to and started working on this issue that shaped his career.
