Candan Schabio, who started her career in the banking sector after graduating from METU Economics in 1989, stepped into the research sector 3 years later and served in this field for nearly 20 years at home and abroad. Research Coordinator in Central Asia and Caucasus at Nielsen Research Company 1996 99 ' Director of Customer Services in Czech Republic and Slovakia (1999-2004) Regional Director of former Yugoslavia in Adriatic region (2004 2007) and General Manager in Turkey (2007 2010) During these years, he developed “knowledge-based action suggestions” to contribute to the business decisions of his customers in the fields of retail, marketing and sales, and in parallel with his 13 years of middle and senior management experience, he worked on the management of change and differences, conflict, crisis management, performance, moderation. He focused on leadership practices with people in his focus. In 2010, he served as the General Manager of Nielsen Turkey, which he last carried out in the corporate field. All based on his experience, he provides training programs for managers and experts for leadership and functional development, as well as Change Consulting support to senior management on the basis of "Interim Management". In addition to these, Candan Schabio teaches Change Management and the Role of Information in Decision Making in Executive MBA programs of universities, and also moderates and professional coaching at business meetings (Adler ICF accredited)
