Dr. Senem KILIÇ
She is a leader specialized in corporate transformation, strategic structuring, digital transformation strategies, talent management, and process management, who has built a strong personal brand at the intersection of academia, business, and civil society.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Quantitative Methods, and a PhD in Business Administration, continuously enriching her academic background. She has taught engineering and management courses in master’s and doctoral programs at İzmir University of Economics and Yaşar University, sharing her knowledge and experience with young professionals. Her corporate career includes experience at companies such as Netsis Software and Arkas Holding, focusing on areas such as software development, process structuring, quality management systems, sales organization, and strategic structuring.
In 2013, she founded Vira Strategic Partnership, providing services in corporate governance structuring for family businesses; and OASIS Technology, developing digital learning platforms and AI-powered talent management programs. These initiatives have grown through innovative venture investments and have become strategic partners to numerous national and international companies. Among these ventures are solutions in the defense industry, AI applications in human resources, and digital transformation tools.
She holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications, demonstrating strong competence in quality and information security management. She is also the author of the books A Roadmap for Women Entrepreneurs, My Job Is Communication and Entrepreneurship, and From Roots to the Future: Corporate Transformation of Family Businesses, and has published articles on various national and international platforms.
She actively volunteers in civil society organizations such as TÜSİAD, DEİK, KALDER, KAGİDER, and ESIAD, embracing the mission of contributing to the transformation of both society and the business world.
