Within the scope of these studies, it plays an active role in organizing activities such as Mentor training activities, mentoring services for entrepreneurs and career planning workshops under the name of "Kaviyer" and "Kaviyer Genç" so that competent individuals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business life can transfer their competencies to future generations.
