ÖMÜR PEKMEZ completed her undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering at Dokuz Eylül University in 1988. Afterwards, he received his master's degree in mechanical engineering from the same university. He started his business life with CMS and continued as a project and product manager in companies such as Asmaş, Eskişehir Air Supply Maintenance Center, Teknik Pump. He worked as a project engineer in England between 1996-2000. Between 2000 and 2010, he started his journey as a process method engineer at Döktaş Dökümcülük, a subsidiary of Koç Holding, and worked in business development, project engineering and engineering management. Ford, Renault, Fiat, Rover etc. managed both the customer interface and the production and product interface with companies. Lean guru, one of the founders of TPM, Mr. Döktaş and Componenta. He worked with Tokutaro Suzuki on productivity for 2 years. Between 2010 and 2011, he completed his full-time MBA education at Durham University Business School in England. He received management training on automotive, aviation and other sectors at the European Business School in Frankfurt. He continues to work with the consultancy and trainings he applies on per capita profitability, sales and production maximization within the body of Vira Strategic Partnership. In his training and consultancy, Mr. It reflects the mentality of working with Suzuki to efficiency solutions. He also teaches management courses such as lean production, project management, strategic management and product & service management at Izmir University of Economics.
